My boss is very injustice.He give preferences to my juniors and ignores me. Please guide me and tell some dua that my boss does not misbehave with me.

I am a Govt employee.My boss is very injustice. i am the most senior in my group but my boss give preferences to my juniors and ignores me although i done my work sincerely and properly.The reason is that I am not very clever like my juniors who work less and show more. I am very depressed that my juniors have more facilities than me. Please guide me and tell some dua that my boss does not misbehave with me.

You should continue to work industriously and sincerely and you should also perform Salaatul Haajat daily and make Du?aa to Allah Ta?ala that he saves you from the oppression and injustice of your boss and that your boss appreciates your efforts and awards you for your efforts.
