Please tell me that is it premissible to visit the graves of Walli Allah's or not?also give any reference,also explain that are you devbandi or something else?

Answer

It is permissible to visit graves of Saints(Wali ALLAH) with the purpose of remembering. our final abodes and try to lead the remaining of our lives obeying the commands of Allah and the Sunnah of our Nabi [sallallaahu Alayhi wasallam] just as how these pious persons led their lives.
