Been involved with someone.want to marry.Do we need to spend 1 month apart from each other or can nikah be done straightaway according to shariah law?

Answer

If a couple have been having pre-marital relationship, and wish to get married to each other immediately, they may do so.

There is no need to be apart for one month before marrying the same person.
