Is it permissible to eat ostrich meat, i live in riyadh and there are numerous stores on which ostrich meat is available.

Answer

In Encyclopaedia Britannica, the Ostrich is described as a plant eating bird. It will be permissible to it Ostrich meat. (Aalamgiri vol.5 pg.289)
