is it there in islam that if a person is having lot of troubles in a particular city, he should leave the city and settled somewhere else?

I have migrated to this city last year and i have faced two major problems which i cant handle and also before 7 years i left it because of the particular problem. Some people have advised me to leave the city and they say its there in islam(sunnah) that you should leave a city if u r having problems and problems. If so can a person do isthikara in this regard. JAZAKALLAH! THANK YOU.

We are unaware of your situation and surrounding. We suggest you consult some senior pious person around you and seek his advise. You should also make Istikhaara on your situation.
