i'm engaged & we both want to marry soon,but because of some problems its taking long time,please suggest me any dua or and wadhifa

Assalamo alaikum.its about one and half year,that we are engaged,we both want to marry soon. he lives in abroad,and because of some problems its taking much more time for us to get marry soon.Please suggest me dua's or and wadhifa. thanks. Jazakallah.

Recite everyday after Esha ? 11 times Durood Shareef and thereafter ?Yaa Badee?ul Ajaa-ib bil khayr, Yaa Badee?u

Thereafter, recite 11 times Durood Shareef again.
