Is backbiting aginst Kuffars permissible?

Question

I know back biting is haraam in Islam, but what is the view if you are back biting against Khuffars? Saying bad things against muslim brothers is not recommended, but what is the views oif you are backbiting aganist non-Muslims?

Answer

It is not permissible to speak evil of any person behind his back, even if
the person is a non-Muslim. However, there are exceptions to the prohibition
of backbiting, for example, a person has incorrect beliefs and he is a
danger to the Muslims, then one may alert the Muslims of the evils of such a
person.
