When praying, after Surah Fatihah, can we just start from any Ayat from the Surah? Please give me some details on this.

According to our understanding, of your query, you are enquiring about the recitation of a Surah after Surah Faatiha in Salaat. Based on our understanding of your query, to recite a Surah or any portion of the Qur?aan after Surah Faatiha is Waajib (compulsory) for the Imaam or an individual in the first two Rakaats of every Fardh Salaat and in every Rakaat of any Salaat besides Fardh Salaats.
