When asking allah for forgiveness is there something you have to say while asking if so could you please tell me what it is?

Assalaamu Alaykum Wa Rahmatullaahi Wa Barakaatuhu
If one fulfils the conditions of repentance, i.e. regret and make firm intention to reform, then surely Allah Ta?ala is Tawwaab (Most Forgiving)
and Allah Ta'ala Knows Best
