Recite the following, ?Laa ilaaha illallaahu wahdahoo, laa shareeka lahoo. Lahul mulk wa lahul hamd, yuh-yee wa yumeetu, wa huwa alaa kulli shay-in qadeer.?

Also, lower your gaze and if your gaze falls on a woman, turn it and make Istighfaar.
