Iam proposed and not finished the Nikah,please tell me if it is allowed to speak to my fiance over the phone, and or chat thru internet or by sending sms

Question

I got proposed in december 2002 and now in another country, i want to speak to my fiance (Future wife insha allah) is it ok to speak over the phone and / or chatt thru internet, and / or sending sms (short service messages) and or by e-mail.

Answer

To keep contact with your fiancé (future wife) by phone, sms, email or any other way is totally prohibited in the Shari?ah.
