Can I store quraans/kitaabs in a cupboard that shares a common wall with a toilet/bathroom?

Question

The cupboard wall and the toilet wall are common , i.e the toilet is on the other side of the cupboard.

Answer

The cupboard is not directly linked to the bathroom and toilet, though the walls are interlinked.

It is not disrespectful to store the Qur?aans and Islamic literature in that cupboard.
