Be obedient to Allah Ta?ala. Fulfil your obligation to Him as much as possible and also make the following Du?aa, ?Allaahumma inniy as-alukal afwa wal aafiya wal mu?aafaatid-daaimat fiy deen wad-dunyaa wal aakhirat?.
