Furniture in Rented house from Church or other Social Welfare Organization is acceptable or not?

Question

I am studying in University of Texas and lives in a rented house... Some of the furniture in that locality is sponsored by either a Church or a Social welfare organization for students. Is it acceptable for us to use this furniture in both cases?

Answer

It is permissible to use the furniture.
