Now a days with new rules and regulations he is unable to do so. Now he cannot do business with his cash funds without involvement of bank. In this situation is it permissible involve bank?

Question

If one has enough funds that he can do business without getting any loans from bank and he wishes to do so without involving interest from bank (and he had been doing it like that before). But now a days with new rules and regulations he is unable to do so. Now he cannot do business with his cash funds without involvement of bank. In this situation is it permissible involve bank?

Answer

A person may utilize the services of the banking industry provided he is not involved in any form of Haraam activity.
