Is it haram to have sex in whole Ramzaan or is it just during fasting time?

Question

In previous fatwa you have answered somebody that it is haram to have sex in Ramzaan, so i was just confuse. Please reply, May Allah provide is mercy in abandance upon you.

Answer

It is only Haraam whilst fasting.

Intercourse is permissible during Ramadhaan, during the hours one is not fasting.
