Question

i ask a question about conditions for holding of jumma prayer. if Jumma prayer can be held in a mosque where 1) five times prayers are not held for example at work place. 2) which is in restricted area for general public so people cannot come there by listening ADDAN. 3) jUMMA PRAYER Time is break time for the workers and they can easily go outside restricted area for saying their jumma prayer in nearby mosques whose ADDAN can be listened at restricted area.

Answer

In principle there should be three persons besides the imam for the validity of the Jummah Salaah.Secondly the place where Jummah Salah is held should not a restricted entry. Whosoever wishes to come should be permitted.
If the above two conditions are found then only the Jummah Salaah will be valid.
