When I go to bed I do dhikr laying down on my hands and I fall asleep doing dhikr is this a sin.or do I have to do dhikr on a tasbeeh

No, you don?t have to make Dhikr on a Tasbeeh.

Falling off to sleep whilst engaged in Dhikr is a very commendable action. You should continue doing this.
