A process that alter brainwaves with multi-layered patterns of sound frequencies. When heard the brain responds by producing a third sound (called a binaural beat) that encourages the desired brainwave activity?

Answer

According to the information provided by you, we do not see anything un-Islamic in the process of altering the brainwaves with different sound frequencies.
