In order to fulfil Islamic and South African law, what type of contract should be drawn up, i.e ANC or community of property, between a husband and wife?

Question

Which of the above contracts comes closest to fulfilling Islamic Law? Who should I go to to draw up the contract? Please supply references from hadith or quraan. Jazakallah for your help, May Allah(S.W.T) reard all your effort and hard work.

You may consult any reliable attorney and request his services to draw up an Ante-Nuptual Contact (ANC) without the accrual system.
