Is it permissible sign a 99 year lease converting a community property to a private school in the name of a mufti without the communities approval

Question

A school that once belonged to a community has been converted into a muslim school and the lease for 99 years is signed in the name of a Mufti. This mufti does not have any thing to do with thee school

Answer

It is not permissible to put a community property on any individual?s name, even if the person is an Aalim or Mufti.
