Is the Jumaah salaat of people who work in an Islamic college acceptable when the sharoot of Jumaah are not fulfilled according to Hanafi madhab?

.The school in question is an Islamic college which has Islamic subjects as a small part of its entire curriculuum. There is no established musjid nor is 5x salaat prayed in the school. Employees gather and pray Jummah behind an Imam who is thorough in performing the Jummah salaat correctly. There is a musjid about 10 minutes away from the school but it is the difficultly of orgainising the students that the Jummah is prayed on the school grounds.
