What is the ruling of the Ulema of Islam on reciting As Salaatu Was Salaamu Alaika Ya Rasoolullah (etc)?

Answer

It is permissible to recite ?Yaa Rasulullah? if one does not believe that Rasulullah (Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) is present at place of the recital.
