He does every thing like his mother does accept that he says kalma that has one additional line (which ihle-tshih people say). Can a sunni girl marry a man mentioned in this mail.

Question

A person, whose father belongs to ihle-tasheh group and his mother is sunni. He is also a shia. He does every thing like his mother does accept that he says kalma that has one additional line (which ihle-tshih people say). Can a sunni girl marry a man mentioned in this mail. Please tell me in detail.

Answer

It is not permissible to marry any person who adds on the Kalimah, 'Laa
ilaaha illallaahu, Muhammadun rasoolullah'.

The practice of adding is common among the Shi'as.
