I have a question, if Animal is slaughter by shi'a even though they follow as Shari'ah prescribed us That he slaughters it via the known way

I have a question, if Animal is slaughter by shi'a even though they follow as Shari'ah prescribed us That he slaughters it via the known way specified by shari'ah and he speaks the name of Allah upon it. In North America, there are lot of Shi'a working in the slaughter house. But after knowing the fact their believe of Quran and your several answer said " Shi'as are not Muslims" are we allow to consume meat slaughter by shi'a. Thanks
