Question

I have reddinsh discharge before real menstruation blood starts coming. It comes for 3 days and then again it become just a bit reddish discharge. I wipe with toiletpaper after washing, so I know it, otherwise I wouldn't know. My question is when do I stop praying and when do I start?

Answer

The initial red discharge is menses. You should terminate your Salaat then.

Whenever your discharge stops, 10 days or lesser than that, you should take
a bath and resume your Shar'ee obligation of Salaat.
