is it premisible for a man to learn the Holy Quraan from his sister at home? if they only learn and Do not recite is it neccessary that the should be not in period of menses

Answer

It is permissible for a person to learn the recitation of the Qur'aan from
his sister. When the sister experiences her monthly cycle, she should not
touch or recite the Qur'aan. She may listen to the recitation of her brother
and correct him by reading one word at a time.
