dreamt i was reciting d surah "subanaziill mulki",meaning please.

Answer

There is no Surah named, 'Subhaana zil Mulk'.

It is a portion of a Du'aa praising Allah Ta'ala. We are advised to praise
Allah Ta'ala as much as possible.
