Sayyiduna Ma'aqal ibn Yassaar (Radhiallaahu Anhu) reports that Rasulullah%0D%0A(Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'Yaaseen is the heart of the Qur'aan.%0D%0Anobody who intends the Aakhirat shall recite it except that Allah will%0D%0Aforgive him. Recite it upon your deceased.' (Sunan Abu Dawud) Imaam Haakim%0D%0Ahas classified this tradition as Saheeh (authentic); Mustadrak al-Haakim%0D%0Avol.1 pg.565 - see al-Targheeb vol.2 pg.376%0D%0A%0D%0AImaam Ahmad has narrated in his Musnad with his sanad from Safwaan that he%0D%0Asaid, 'The scholars use to say that when it is recited by the deceased,%0D%0AAllah creates ease for him%2Fher.' (See Tafseer ibn Kathir vol.3 pg.571)%0D%0A%0D%0ASayyiduna Jund ibn Abdullah (Radhiallaahu Anhu) narrates that Rasulullah%0D%0A(Sallallaahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, 'Whoever recites Surah Yaaseen at night%0D%0Aseeking the pleasure of Allah, His sins will be forgiven.' (Muwatta Imaam%0D%0AMaalik). Imaam ibn Hibbaan has classified it as Saheeh - Saheeh ibn vol.6%0D%0Apg.312 (see al-Targheeb vol.2 pg.377)%0D%0A%0D%0AA similar narration reported by Sayyiduna Abu Hurayra (Radhiallaahu Anhu)%0D%0Ahas been recorded Imaam Abu Ya'ala in his Musnad and Hafiz ibn Kathir has%0D%0Aclassified its chain of narrators as good. (Tafseer ibn Kathir vol.3 pg.570)%0D%0A%0D%0ABased on this narration, Allamah Munaawi (RA) has analysed that whoever will%0D%0Arecite Surah Yaaseen during the morning, will also be forgiven, Insha Allah.%0D%0A(See Faydhul Qadeer vol.6 pg.259)%0D%0A%0D%0ASayyiduna ibn Abbaas (Radhiallaahu Anhu) says, 'Whoever recites Yaaseen in%0D%0Athe morning, his work for that entire day will be made easy and whoever%0D%0Arecites in at the end of the day, his tasks till the next morning will be%0D%0Amade easy.'
