the muazzin has been told not to shave(beard) yet he persists in doing so.What is the position of 1)azaan & salaat and 2)employment.

Question

is the commitee responsible or not? they have the task of seeing to his employment.please advise... request for duaa's

Answer

The Adhaan and the Salat both are in order. However, since the Muadhin
persists in doing so, the employer (the committee in this case) should
remove him from his post and look for another Muadhin.
