I did itikaaf during the last three days of Ramadan.....

Question

I did itikaaf during the last three days of Ramadan (you know when you can't take to someone). On the third day, I got my period, so what I want to know is that "Was my itikaaf accepted or rejected from Allah?" I was truly sad when I got my period has this was my first time doing something like this for a very important purpose. Please advice?

Answer

A woman may sit in I'tikaaf even during the menses. Insha Allah, your I'
tikaaf will be accepted by Allah.
