CanI chat with girls on internet using modest words?

A: It is strictly prohibited (Haraam) for strange males and females to have
general conversations with each other through any communication, such as
telephone, chat-line, CB's, etc. Often, such communications lead to many
immoral acts and also cause marital disputes.
