If a man has just had sex with his wife and hears the athaan ,fets up to take gusle and when he is done still finds that he has semen coming out does this mean he has to take gusle again

and what about if it went onto the person cloths .

Answer

If after Ghusl semen emerges, but this is without sexual desire, then
another Ghusl is not necessary. The Wudhu will have to be repeated.

All affected areas upon which the semen fell will have to be washed. The
same with the clothes. (Tahtaawi pg.53)
