After a wet dream or masturbation, semen soils the clothes. When they dry up, can one wear those clothes for praying?

Answer

According to the Hanafi Madhab, semen is Najis (impure). It is not
permissible to wear clothes soiled with semen and pray before removing the
semen by washing, at least, the soiled area or the entire clothing.
