In the Holy Quraan it mentions "We." eg:(We have perfected your religion for you) Who does this "We" refer to-is it Allaah alone or Allaah and the Angels or who???

Answer

In Arabic, at times, a singular is expressed in plural due to many reasons.

One possible reason is to express strength and power. Allah is One but His
power and strength supercedes every might and power.
