i had a dream that i was wearing a very big encompassing head scarf, that almost covered the whole of my body.

Question

I recently got married. A few days after ... (ref ques). The scarf was plain and made of a very good quality cotton material and it was a beautiful green color. What does my dream mean?

Answer

Allah Ta'ala says, 'They (wives) are a covering for you and you (husbands)
are a covering for them (wives).' (Baqarah)

The headscarf is an indication of dignity and honour for you.

If we are wearing salwar which has a long piece of extra cloth which perfectly covers the bosom, should we still wear the head scarf in a way that covers the bosom. Wouldnt the long piece of clothe draped over the bosom serve the purpose ?
