Can I call “boss” and “sir” to non Muslims under whom I am working?

Question

How is working under a non Muslim in a Muslim country.His nation is making problems to the innocent Muslims. I have been writing the above questions since long time. I got the chance to connect to your site now. So kindly overlook for asking many questions. was salam

One may refer to one's non-Muslim employer as Boss and Sir.
