Is it necessarry to issue 2nd & 3rd Talaaqs to marry again to another girl?

Question

I issued 1 Talaaq - Rajie and did not revoke same. I now intend to marry another girl but she wants me to issue 2nd & 3rd Talaaqs - is this necessarry?

Answer

No, it is not necessary.
