Performing salatul jumuah - If someone works 45 minutes drive from the city, and there is no masjid close to his workplace.

Question

Assalaamu alaikum Mufti Sahib If someone works 45 minutes drive from the city, and there is no masjid close to his workplace. Will he have to perform salat-ul-jumuah or does he pray dhuhr. In order to drive to the masjid and perform salatul jumuah there it would take of 2 hours, the boss will not allow it. jazakAllah

Answer

He will perform Dhuhr salat only.
