I am divorced and have issued only one Talaaq - I have now proposed to another girl who has requested me to issue the other 2 talaaqs - is this necessary?

Answer

This is not necessary.

The one Talaaq is sufficient. Some people have an erroneous notion that for
the Talaaq to be correct, it has to be thrice. This is not the case.
