About Tie-Will a prayer be valid performed with tie in the neck
Question
Respectable Mufti Sahb Assalam-O-Alaikum. (1) Will a prayer be valid performed with tie in the neck. (2) Also will the prayer performed by a male with gold ring in his finger or clothes of Rasham on his body be valid. (3) What is the order of Silver for males? May Almighty Allah grant you success in this world and particularly the world here after for your great efforts to teach the people what is right.
Answer
1. There are two aspects to your query; a) To be discharged of one's
obligation, b) To derive the blessings and full reward of Salaat.
In light of the above, any act which is prohibited or a salient feature of
the non-Muslims if carried out in Salaat. The obligation of Salaat will be
discharged, but will be deprived of the blessings and extra reward of
Salaat. (Aap ke masaail pg.308; Bayyinaat)

3. It is not permissible for males to use rings of any metal, gold,
platinum, etc. However, a silver ring equivalent to 4.5 Mashas (67.5 grains
troy) is permissible.
