My share in my late mother's inheritance from her late son's property

Question

I and my younger brother are the only surviving offspring to my late mother.Do we have rights over the share my Late mother inherited form her late son's property ? ( in reference to your answer to question no 452)

Answer

As sons, you are entitled to inheritance from your late mother's Estate. The Mother's estate includes her share from her son who predeceased her.
