If we stop mani from ejaculating during wet dream then we have to perform ghusal or not

Answer

In principle, if a person experienced a wet dream but prevented the sperm
from coming out of the private parts, the Ghusl (bath) will not become
necessary. (Shaami vol.1 pg.160; HM Saeed)
