Zakat on Dropshipping

Question

Assalamualaikum,

I own a dropshipping business with Amazon.

I understand that i need to pay zakat on stock at the retail price but do i need to take into account the Amazon fees that i will be charged before i get paid - so for example, if the product will retail at £95 and Amazon will take £25 before they pay me - do i pay zakat on that full £95?

What about paying zakat on items where 50% deposit has been paid and they are currently being manufactured. They are not in my possession yet so do i still need to pay zakat on these?

What about items which have been shipped and are on their way to me?

Jazakallah
