He said “should I give you divorce?” Was the divorce valid?
Question
Aslam o alaikum. If husband says that “ should I give you divorce ?” Will this mean that divorce happen? After if husband say that I was in anger that’s why said. Please guide.

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.
The statement, “should I give you divorce?” does not constitutes Talaq [Divorce].
