Please help me to get a divorce

hello i wanted help with what to do i was sent away to africa when i was 15 and got married to my second cousin by the age of 19 i then went back to london i then fell pregnant which now i have a son i live in london with my son now allhamdullah but i do not love my husband and we are in different countries i have not seen him for 5 years now i am not happy at all he never calls his son or send him money never i asked for a divorce 2 years ago which til now he still hasn’t gave it to me it’s not fair subhanallah i’m not happy with him and i can’t stay married to him please help me how can i get my divorce from him ? it has made me depressed
