Al-Hilat Al-Najizah Lil Halilat Al- ‘Ajizah and the practical aspects of Faskh-un-Nikah are part of the Iftaa syllabus.
In view of the many requests received from many foreign Ulama, Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb has decided to make the lessons available online for the benefit of the Ulama in other countries as well.
Mufti Ebrahim Desai Saheb has been actively involved in the Fatwa and Judicial Committee of Jamiatul Ulama KZN, South Africa for almost 30 years. He has presided over hundreds of Faskhun Nikah cases and has a wealth of experience in this field.
Answer
The lessons will also include practical advises in the field of issuing Fatawa.
The afternoon time has been chosen in consideration of the time zones of Ulama in different countries.
