Is there any Wazīfa to get my house sold?

Question

I need a wazifa or dua to get my house sold. It has been listed for a while now and no one is interested in the property.

Answer

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

We make dua that Allah grant ease in all your difficulties.

Whenever you are faced with problems in life, first turn to Allah Ta’ala and seek His help.Turn to du’ā: make abundant du’ā seeking Allah’s help in selling your house.

  • Perform two rak’āt of salāt ul Ḥajah, and make du’ā to Allah to fulfil your needs.
  • Make abuntadnt istighfaar daily. i.e. seek forgiveness from Allah

Our Nabi ﷺ has advised us with the following:

“If anyone constantly seeks pardon (from Allah), Allah will appoint for him a way out of every distress and a relief from every anxiety and will provide sustenance for him from where he expects not.”[2]

After doing the above, you should employ every means possible in selling your house.

Also recite the following abundantly:

We make du’a that Allah Ta’ala ease your burdens and grant you what is best for you in this world and the next.

And Allah Ta’āla Knows Best
