Does the Tarāwīh Salāh fall off if one is unable to keep the fast of that day of Ramadhān?

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykumwa-rahmatullāhiwa-barakātuh.

In principle, the tarāwīh salāh is not linked to the fast. Therefore, if one is unable to keep the fast of ramadhān due to a valid excuse, it will be sunnah for him to perform the tarāwīh salāh of that day. If the tarāwīh salāh was left without, one will be sinful.[i]
