Raising hands for the Dua after Adhaan

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful. 

As-salāmu 'alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

Duas that have been explicitly mentioned in the Ahadith in which Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) did not raise his hands fall under the ruling of Adhkaar. 

When reciting Adhkaar, one does not raise his hands. For example, one does not raise his hands when reciting the Dua before eating, after drinking water, after exiting the restroom, etc. 

The Dua after the Adhaan is also considered to be from the Adhkaar of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam).

Accordingly, one will not raise one's hands when reciting the Dua after Adhan.[1]
